Yes, the park entrance is included in your tour. We'll handle the ticket reservation for you in advance—the park requires real-name booking, so we just need your passport details ahead of time. On the day, you'll follow your guide straight in without queuing at the ticket office.
Is there a better order to visit Huangshizhai, Yuanjiajie, and Golden Whip Stream? Can we adjust the sequence?
A common comfortable order is Huangshizhai first for the panoramic view, then Yuanjiajie for the Avatar scenery, and finish with the gentle Golden Whip Stream walk. But this is a private tour, so we can adjust the order to avoid crowds or match your energy. Just tell your guide.
Is the route suitable for a stroller or wheelchair?
Parts of the park, like the main viewing platforms and some sections of Golden Whip Stream, are accessible. However, Huangshizhai and Yuanjiajie involve steps and uneven paths, so a stroller or wheelchair is not practical there. We can adjust the route to the most accessible spots.
I have limited mobility. Can I still see the highlights without much walking?
Yes, we can design a lighter version—use the cable car at Huangshizhai, take the shuttle and elevator at Yuanjiajie, and skip the longer Golden Whip Stream walk or do just a short flat section. Your guide will make sure you still see the best views.
Do we need to bring hiking poles or rain gear?
Hiking poles are not necessary, but a pair of comfortable non-slip shoes is essential. We provide umbrellas or ponchos if it rains. If you like extra support, a collapsible hiking stick is fine to bring.
Can we be dropped at the airport or train station after the tour? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, we can drop you directly at Zhangjiajie airport or train station after the tour at no extra charge, as long as you tell us your departure details in advance. The private car is yours for the day.
