Before I came to the Dali Ancient Town, I was full of expectations for this place, and it was completely beyond my imagination! It's both historic and lively, and it's fun to chat with the locals. Sitting in a street café, feeling the slow pace, it's so pleasant! Dali Ancient Town, I will definitely come again!

Huangguoshu Waterfall in Guizhou was such a surprise! Before planning my trip to China, I knew nothing about this place. I only knew that Guizhou had delicious food. It was my consultant Norman who recommended this place to me because he told me that this attraction was the filming location of Journey to the West and the natural beauty here is breathtaking. Many thanks to our driver for making the trip comfortable and to our guide for telling us a lot of stories about Journey to the West and giving us a good understanding of Huangguoshu Waterfall. Although some parts are a little remote, it is definitely worth it. I will never forget the long journey through the mountains.

Chengdu was my most anticipated destination during my trip to China! It has always been my dream to visit the Panda Base and now it has come true and I got to meet Hua Hua, the most popular panda in Chengdu. OMG she is so cute. I also had Chengdu hot pot and I have never tasted such spicy and delicious food. Even though I was sweating profusely, I couldn't stop. I even tried some local snacks that I had never heard of! Since it was my first time in China, I was worried about the language barrier, but the locals were very friendly and our guide and driver made sure we got everything we needed during the trip. The city is very accommodating to everyone and I loved the pandas and the relaxed atmosphere of the city. Chengdu is really great.

Finally came to the bird's nest that I had been thinking about! Standing in front of the magnificent steel structure building, I am instantly shocked by its unique appearance, which really looks like a huge steel woven bird's nest, full of artistic sense. Walking into the venue, the open space is amazing. Climb the observation deck to overlook, and we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the entire city of Beijing.

Stepping into the Forbidden City is like opening a heavy historical tome! Standing in front of the Taihe Palace, looking at the exquisite dragon pattern relief, you really feel the majesty of the ancient Chinese emperors. Not only that, but I also experienced the unique way of making wishes for Chinese people - burning incense!

My wife and I recently embarked on a magical 2-day journey through Hangzhou with Into Travel China, and we couldn’t be more delighted with our choice! From the moment we connected with our travel consultant Tiana to the final farewell at our hotel, every detail was seamless, professional, and deeply personalized. What a duo! Leo, our guide, was a walking encyclopedia of Hangzhou’s history, poetry, and local lore. His passion for sharing stories about the West Lake, Longjing Tea Plantation, and Lingyin Temple made every site feel alive. He struck the perfect balance between insightful commentary and letting us soak in the moments. Mr. Chen, our driver, was equally impressive—punctual, skilled, and always ready with a smile. Tiana, Leo, and Mr. Chen turned a trip into memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re seeking a stress-free, culturally rich adventure in China—look no further. Merci beaucoup, team! ❤️

I went to the Bund with my parents today, and I was really shocked! Standing on the riverside, on one side is the historical charm of the international architectural complex, Gothic and Baroque style buildings stand in front of you, each like a work of art. On the other side is the modern Lujiazui, where skyscrapers such as the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Shanghai Tower soar into the sky, and the bright glass curtain walls gleaming in the sun. After nightfall, the lights on both sides of the strait are full of lights, and the cruise ships on the Huangpu River shuttle back and forth, and the lights are reflected on the surface of the river, sparkling. The river breeze is blowing, and I really feel the unique charm of Shanghai at this moment! Next time I will take my friends to Shanghai for a tour.

Chongqing is truly a city that takes me by surprise. One of the most unique aspects of the city is how the ground level isn’t always where you expect it to be—often, the first floor you see isn’t actually the ground floor! I could never quite figure out which floor was considered the "ground level," but it added to the city's charm. A special thanks to my guide, Ayla, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Chongqing. She made the experience even more enriching, giving us a deeper insight into this city. I also had my first taste of hotpot here while it was a bit intense for me, it was definitely a memorable experience. I’m so glad I had the chance to experience its unique energy and culture.

The moment I walked into the Suzhou Garden, I felt like I had broken into a miniature world that had been enchanted! Every pavilion, every carved window, is like a work of art. Our tour guide said that these gardens were the "private wonderland" of the ancient aristocracy! Here, the sound of wind, water, and birdsong are intertwined into a quiet symphony, and time seems to slow down, making people can't help but want to sit here all day and savor the romance and poetry that belongs to the East.

I just returned from Sichuan, where Chengdu’s laissez-faire charm and Jiuzhaigou’s soul-stirring landscapes rewired my idea of China. My guide, Vicky, was exceptional—she was patient and really took the time to plan the itinerary according to my preferences, making the whole trip smooth and worry-free. Jiuzhaigou’s natural beauty is absolutely stunning, imagine emerald lakes so clear you see ancient tree trunks preserved underwater, and forests that blaze gold and crimson like a paint-splashed dream. We stayed in a Tibetan family’s guesthouse—waking up to yak butter tea and mist curling over prayer flags was pure magic. The food in Chengdu, especially the hotpot, which was spicy, flavorful, and left me craving more.

As a first-time foreign visitor to the Forbidden City, this 600-year-old royal palace left an indelible impression on me. I was amazed by the symmetrical aesthetics of ancient Chinese architecture, where every carved beam and painted building shows the exquisite skill of the craftsmen. However, what struck me the most was the collection of cultural relics in the Forbidden City. Also, although there are many tourists, my tour was very smooth under the guide of travel into China. As I left, I looked back at this magnificent palace in front of the Shenwu Gate and couldn't help but feel that the Forbidden City is not only a treasure of China, but also a cultural heritage of all mankind. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back and savor it!

Over six days, I visited Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, each location more beautiful than the last. In Kunming, I joined locals at Dianchi Lake tossing breadcrumbs to seagulls (they swoop so close you can feel their wings brush your hair!).The sparkling waters of Erhai Lake in Dali, under a clear sky, made for a peaceful stroll by the shore. A Bai minority grandma invited me into her courtyard for rushan cheese fried in rose petals—crispy, floral, and nothing like my sad supermarket back home.Lijiang Old Town had a unique tranquility to it, offering a perfect place to unwind. I’m also really grateful to my guide for recommending I download Alipay—lifesaver for bargaining at Shuhe Market’s jade stalls and slurping crossing-the-bridge noodles from street carts. This Yunnan trip exceeded all my expectations, and I’ll cherish these beautiful memories forever.

The Terracotta Warriors at the pit were absolutely stunning! Our guide, Old Liu, was like a walking 'encyclopedia of the Qin Dynasty'—he could even explain the significance of the soldiers' hair bun directions. The lamb skewers on Hui Muslim Street were so fragrant, we couldn’t help but lick the sticks! Our guide also quietly pointed us to a local favorite for 'pao mo' (a type of bread and lamb soup)—the broth was rich, and the meat was so tender, it was unforgettable! The music fountain at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, with its ancient tunes and modern technology, was a breathtaking collision of the past and present, so beautiful it gave me goosebumps!

June 2024 slapped me with a surprise business trip to Xi’an—China’s ancient heart where history breathes. Between meetings, I devoured the city’s soul (and its cumin-dusted roujiamo!). Two days felt like time-traveling through 3,000 years. The food in Xi’an is unforgettable—meat sandwiches (roujiamo), authentic noodles, and hulatang made every meal a treat. The grandeur of the Terracotta Army was truly breathtaking, and I gained a deeper appreciation for this incredible feat, thanks to my guide’s thorough explanations. At the Shaanxi History Museum, I gaped at Tang Dynasty sancai camels, their glaze still screaming ‘Silk Road swagger’. The only regret was not having enough time to visit Mount Hua, but that just gives me a reason to return and climb to its peak next time!
