Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return. 1. Public transportation Bus to Taxi Transfer (Most Recommended): This is currently the most frequently mentioned self-service method online. You can take a bus to Dalate Banner at the Bus Center Station in Dongsheng District (or other bus stations, please consult the hotel front desk), with a ticket price of about 20 yuan. After getting on the car, I told the driver to get off at "Xiangshawan". After getting off the car, there will be a small passenger transportation center, and then take a taxi to the scenic area. The one-way fare for one car is about 40 yuan, and it will be cheaper if you can find someone to carpool with. Long distance bus (walking required): Take a long-distance bus heading towards Baotou at Dongsheng District Long distance Bus Station, get off at Xiangshawan Overpass, and then walk about 3 kilometers to reach the scenic area. For safety reasons, it is recommended to confirm with the staff in advance when purchasing tickets at the station. 2 tourist dedicated bus routes This is a newly opened tourist bus line this year, with a cheap price that can be considered. The route starts from "Tongda Bus Company" in Dalat Banner and ends at "Xiangsha Bay". The ticket price is 5 yuan per person. You can take a bus from Dongsheng District to Dalate Banner and then transfer to this dedicated line. 3 taxis/ride hailing services Service scope: If you want more convenience and speed, you can directly take a taxi or ride hailing car from Dongsheng District to Xiangshawan. The journey takes about 50 minutes and costs around 100 to 150 yuan. How to choose: If there are a large number of peers, it will be more cost-effective to split the cost equally. If the number of companions is less than 2-3, taking a taxi alone may not be as cost-effective as taking a shuttle bus.
