Q & A

Day 3 offers two options—Three Natural Bridges + Longshui Gorge Seam OR Fairy Maiden Mountain. Which one should we choose, and can we do both?
It's usually one route because both are in different directions and a full day is needed for either. If you love karst canyons, dramatic rock bridges, and the Transformers filming location, choose Three Natural Bridges + Longshui Gorge Seam. If you prefer alpine grassland, forest views, and a relaxing sightseeing train, choose Fairy Maiden Mountain. Your guide can help you decide based on weather and your group's fitness. Doing both in one day is possible with an earlier start, but it would feel rushed.
Are entrance fees to all attractions included? What about the Yangtze River Ropeway and internal shuttle buses at Wulong?
Yes, main entrance fees are covered: Three Natural Bridges, Longshui Gorge Seam, Fairy Maiden Mountain, Dazu Baodingshan and Beishan, and the Yangtze River Ropeway. Some internal shuttle buses or elevators inside Wulong scenic areas are optional extras paid on-site. The Liziba light rail fare is a tiny cost and we'll cover it for you. Your guide will clearly explain any on-site choices.
How physically demanding are the Wulong and Dazu days? Are they suitable for older parents?
Three Natural Bridges involves a mostly downhill walk of about 1.5–2 hours. Longshui Gorge Seam has more steps and some uphill sections. Fairy Maiden Mountain is the easiest with a sightseeing train. Dazu Baodingshan has a gentle paved path, while Beishan has some steps. Your guide can recommend the easier options and adjust the pace. Many guests in their 60s and 70s manage comfortably with breaks.
The hotel is 4+ stars. Does it include breakfast? Can we add an extra bed or upgrade to a 5-star room?
Most 4-star hotels we use include breakfast, and we'll confirm with your specific property. Extra beds can be arranged for a supplement. Upgrading to a 5-star hotel in Chongqing is possible with advance notice—we'll check availability and quote any price difference.
Is there an English-speaking guide with us for all five days?
Yes, a professional English-speaking guide will accompany you from arrival on Day 1 to departure on Day 5, managing all tickets, sharing local stories, and handling any needs. The driver speaks Chinese; the guide bridges all communication.
Are there any forced shopping stops or hidden costs?
Never. This is a pure sightseeing private tour. The only extras are optional internal transport inside Wulong, your own meals, and any personal snacks or souvenirs. No shopping stops, no hidden fees, no pressure.
