After breakfast, we will head to Gushan Mountain, one of Fuzhou’s most famous scenic spots. You will take a cable car ride to the top, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city and visit the ancient Yongquan Temple, dating back over 1,300 years. Surrounded by lush greenery and rock formations, this site offers a peaceful start to your journey.

Next, we will visit the Fuzhou National Forest Park, a large natural reserve offering tranquil walking paths, bamboo groves, and small lakes. It is a perfect place to connect with nature and experience Fujian’s subtropical landscape.

In the afternoon, enjoy some leisure time before we head to the dock for an evening activity.

After breakfast, we will begin the day by exploring Sanfang Qixiang, also known as the “Three Lanes and Seven Alleys.” This well-preserved historical district dates back to the Tang and Song dynasties and is home to many ancient mansions, museums, and traditional courtyards. As you walk along the cobbled paths, you’ll discover rich cultural heritage and stories of famous scholars and revolutionaries.

Next, visit Yantai Mountain Park, a scenic hill offering great views of the city and the sea. It’s also home to colonial-era architecture from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, giving you a glimpse into Fuzhou’s past as a treaty port.

After lunch, we’ll make a visit to Zhongzhou Island, located in the Min River. Surrounded by water and greenery, the island has walking trails, modern art installations, and offers a refreshing contrast to the urban surroundings.

After breakfast, we’ll take a high-speed train to Quanzhou, a historic port city known as the starting point of the Maritime Silk Road.

Our first stop is Kaiyuan Temple, one of the largest and oldest Buddhist temples in Fujian. Founded during the Tang Dynasty, the temple features twin stone pagodas and intricate wood carvings. It reflects Quanzhou’s historical openness to different cultures and religions.

After lunch, explore Xijie Street, the cultural heart of Quanzhou. This lively street is full of traditional snacks, handmade crafts, and local specialty stores. You can sample sweet peanut soup, oyster omelets, and other beloved Minnan delicacies.

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
