1. Dapeng Peninsula, the "ends of the earth" in Shenzhen

Recommended location: Luzui Mountain Villa in Yangmeikeng

Arrive at the filming location of 'Mermaid' in 10 minutes by speedboat, where cliffs, rocks, and waves collide, and the drone takes a stunning view of the coastline!

Niche gameplay: Hike the Deer Goose Research Line, climb to the top of Dayan Peak to overlook the panoramic view of the mountains and seas.

Shenzhen travel tips: Self driving requires booking on "Luzhui Avenue", and it is recommended to stay at a homestay at the end of the field on weekends.

2. The fireworks atmosphere of "Little Gulangyu" at the end of the game

Recommended gameplay: Play ocean motorboats and kayaks during the day, and stroll around the seaside night market at night to eat grilled oysters.

Stay in a colorful homestay, open the window and see the sea, walk for 5 minutes to the beach.

Shenzhen scenic spot linkage: The neighboring Dapeng City is suitable for shooting Hanfu and is open for free!

3. Dongxiyong · A Paradise Sea for Hiking Enthusiasts

Dongchong Beach has fewer people and finer sand, making it suitable for digging seashells at sea.

Walking along the east-west coastline, the 6-kilometer mountain and sea path is breathtakingly beautiful (requiring physical exertion).

Shenzhen beach shelter: Tung Chung shower room charges, it is recommended to bring change of clothes.

4. Shenzhen Bay Park - The "Seagull Theater" in the City

Recommended time: From November to March of the following year, flocks of seagulls hover and at sunset, they resemble spilled orange soda.

Hidden camera position: The crooked neck tree in the sports park section, with a frame shot of seagulls in a super Japanese style.

Shenzhen's niche scenic spot: Qu Shui Wan next to Happy Coast, with a night view resembling Kyoto's Duck River.

 

5. Yangmeikeng · Romantic Cliff Sea View

Riding an electric bike around the sea, the sea breeze carries a salty taste, stopping at rocky beaches along the way to take photos.

Eating sea urchin Fried Rice in Cliff Restaurant, the taste is ordinary but the scenery is worth 100 points!

Transportation: It is recommended to carpool or sign up for a one-day tour, as self driving is prone to congestion.

 

6. Back Corner · The Secret Realm of Glass Sea

Hike 1km along the coastal boardwalk, and at the end is the Red and White Lighthouse. The seawater is so clear that you can see schools of fish.

When rushing to the sea during low tide, you can pick up sea urchins and small crabs.

Shenzhen tourism avoid pitfalls: undeveloped sea areas, pay attention to safety, wear non slip shoes.

 

7. Orange Fishing Sand · "Maldives Shenzhen Divestment"

The beach is as white as milk powder, the seawater gradually changes color, and there are few people on the hotel's private beach.

Playing beach volleyball in the evening, watching the sunset dye the entire sea red.

Accommodation: Laihua Resort Hotel offers a beach experience voucher with excellent value for money.

 

8. Dameisha, a lively seaside park

Play with water floaters during the day and attend beach concerts at night.

Check in at the "Wish Tower" high-altitude observation deck to overlook the entire bay.

Tips for Shenzhen attractions: Make a reservation in advance, limited flow during peak season.

 

9. Guanhu Village · "Shenzhen Little Kamakura"

Colorful house+coastal road, rent an electric car to take Japanese style photos.

Eating the salt and pepper skinned shrimp at Guanhu Seafood Restaurant is super delicious!

Transportation: Take the E11 bus directly, and it is recommended to depart early on weekends.

 

10. Sunset Appointment of Qianhai Performing Arts Park · ferris wheel

Have a picnic on the lawn, watch the Bay Area Light Ferris wheel, and have street performers perform in the evening.

When the tide recedes and you rush into the sea, you can dig for razor clams and clams.

Shenzhen tourism Easter egg: The "Kunpeng Dream" water show at the neighboring Happy Harbor, free to watch!

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
