Cancellation Change Refund Policy:
No cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 am 3 days before the start of the trip.(except for special trips)
If the cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 on the 2nd day before the start of the trip, 20% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation request is submitted before 20:00 on the 2nd day before the start of the trip, 40% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 on the 1st day before the start of the trip, 60% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation request is submitted before 20:00 on the 1st day before the start of the trip, 80% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 on the 1st day of the trip, 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
