Day 2: Stone Forest & Kunming Old Street

After breakfast, we'll start your journey by visiting the Stone Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique limestone formations that resemble a stone forest. 

Next, we'll head to Kunming Old Street, where you can explore the historic area, shop for local handicrafts, and immerse yourself in Kunming's rich culture.

Day 3: Kunming to Dali, Xizhou Village, and Erhai Lake

After breakfast, we'll drive to Dali, a city renowned for its scenic beauty. 

First, visit Xizhou Village to experience Bai ethnic culture and try your hand at the traditional tie-dye craft. 

Then, we'll head to Erhai Lake for stunning views and a relaxing stroll by the water. 

In the afternoon, explore Dali Old Town, where you can admire its ancient architecture and lively atmosphere.

Day 4: Dali Three Pagodas, Cangshan Mountain & Lijiang Old Town

In the morning, visit the Three Pagodas Temple, an iconic site with over a thousand years of history. 

Afterward, head to the Cangshan Gate for beautiful views of the mountain and surroundings. 

In the afternoon, we'll drive to Lijiang and explore its UNESCO-listed Old Town, known for its well-preserved ancient buildings and vibrant Naxi culture.

Day 5: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain & Blue Moon Valley

Day 6: Lijiang to Shangri-La & Songzanlin Temple

After breakfast, we'll travel to Shangri-La, enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way.

Day 7: Pudacuo National Park & Departure

On your final day, we'll visit Pudacuo National Park, a pristine nature reserve filled with crystal-clear lakes, lush forests, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a tranquil walk through the park, taking in the beauty of the Tibetan plateau.

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
