Transport to Shanghai in 3 days

The skytower is equipped with the star orbit, and the parasol leaves hide the aroma of coffee

hanghai is a city that can play "hide and seek". One moment, I was watching the car turning into a star track in the clouds of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The next second, I went into the shade of wutong on Wukang Road and smelled the coffee fragrance from the old western-style houses. These three days, we don't follow the punch list, we just follow the breath of the city. Passing through every corner, discover the playful twinkle of this city.

Day1: Lujiazui Skyline - Touching the Heartbeat of the Magic City

Oriental Pearl TV Tower: City Totem on Cloud

As a landmark of Shanghai, the 263 meter transparent viewing platform of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower can overlook the Huangpu River and skyscrapers 360 °. It is recommended to climb the tower at 4 pm in the afternoon, which can not only capture the urban landscape during the daytime, but also witness the magical moment of The Bund lights gradually turning on at dusk. The 259 meter fully transparent suspended corridor inside the tower is a place for brave people to check in, and the visual impact of the traffic flow under their feet can be called the "cloud heartbeat experience".

Strategy tip:

Buy tickets on the official official account in advance (199 yuan for adult tickets) to avoid the peak queue at 10:00-14:00 on weekends.

The revolving restaurant in the tower provides a French afternoon tea set (368 yuan/person). The window seat needs to be booked 3 days in advance. The three piece set in Lujiazui (Shanghai center, World Financial Center, Jinmao Tower) outside the glass curtain wall is within reach.

Lujiazui: A New Trend Financial Jungle

The core area of Lujiazui is 5 minutes' walk from the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The "Top of Shanghai center" Sightseeing Hall (180 yuan) on the 118 floor of Shanghai Center has the world's fastest elevator (18m/s), reaching 546m in 55 seconds. Recommend purchasing the "Lujiazui Architecture Atlas" at the "Duoyun Academy" on the B2 floor, and unlocking the design password for the three piece set of "bottle opener", "syringe", and "egg beater" by comparing it with the real scene.

Night Easter eggs:

After the Lujiazui Riverside Trail lights up at 19:00, you can take a cyberpunk blockbuster featuring the circular pedestrian bridge and neon car tracks.

The "Time Space Tunnel" art installation in the underground corridor of the Guojin Center, with its mirror reflecting an infinitely extending urban illusion, has become a new check-in point for INS.

Jing'an Temple: A Modern Zen Realm Under the Golden Summit

Jing'an Temple, as the most prestigious temple in Shanghai, features a magical contrast between its golden roof and surrounding luxury stores. Recommended to visit in the evening:

17: Listening to the evening class of monks at 00, the sound of Sanskrit and the traffic outside the temple form a unique symphony.

18: Climbing onto the open-air platform of Jiuguang Department Store at 30, taking a photo of the "Buddha's Light Shines" scene with the golden roof of the temple and the neon lights of Kerry Center in the same frame.

Food Easter eggs:

The "Lanxin Restaurant" in the Sinking Square of Jing'an Temple serves authentic local dishes. Braised pork belly with Brown Rice Cake (58 yuan) is a private menu for local gourmands.

{tour-id-1811700448463667201}

The charm of Shanghai lies in those 'unintentional' moments: when white-collar workers in Lujiazui hold coffee and wait for the elevator, half of their suit pockets reveal 'Blooming Flowers'; Beside the small cart of the shoemaker on Wukang Road, there is a skateboard covered in Disney stickers; When the Disney fireworks rose, the security guard quietly lifted the child over his shoulder. These tiny lights are warmer than the neon of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and softer than the bell of the Bund. The real Shanghai is the fireworks atmosphere wrapped under a modern coat, and the fairy tale houses hidden in high-rise forests. Three days is enough to fall in love with it, but also enough for you to plan when you leave - which lane will you go to have a bowl of small Wonton next time?

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
