Sanxingdui Ruins is the largest, longest and richest ancient city, ancient state and ancient Shu culture site found in Southwest China so far. The discovery of Sanxingdui site has pushed forward the origin of ancient Shu history from the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period by about 2,000 years, which eloquently proves that the origin of Chinese civilization is diversified and integrated.

The most notable relics in Sanxingdui site are all kinds of cultural relics, especially the two large sacrificial pits discovered in 1986, which unearthed thousands of exquisite relics, including bronze, gold, jade, stone and ivory, etc., among which the most representative ones are the bronze Dali Man, the bronze masks, the bronze sacred tree and the golden scepter, etc., which are not only of high historical, scientific, cultural and artistic value, but also of top works in the world's cultural heritages.
