Professional Travel Consultant——Norman

Profile Summary

Hi, I'm Norman. As an Active China Travel Consultant at IntoTravelChina, I design fast-paced, high-energy itineraries for travelers who want China to feel exciting, efficient, and full of movement — not just a checklist of famous sights.

I've spent years on the ground across China, from the neon-lit streets of Shanghai and Beijing to the dramatic karst peaks of Guilin, the rice terraces of Longsheng, and the high-altitude trails of Yunnan and Tibet's gateway routes. I don't plan trips from a desk — I test every route myself, timing train connections, scouting the best sunrise viewpoints, and finding the local food streets that actually deliver. That first-hand experience is what shapes every itinerary I build.

My expertise lies in balancing intensity with rhythm: iconic landmarks, hidden photo spots, light hiking trails, local food stops, and smooth high-speed rail transfers — all woven into a day-by-day plan that keeps your energy up without burning you out. I specialize in multi-city routes that maximize your time, whether you're covering Shanghai-Beijing-Xi'an in a week or threading together Chengdu, Chongqing, and Zhangjiajie with precision.

I've helped young couples, friends' groups, and first-time visitors from over 15 countries design trips that match their pace — active, curious, and hungry for real experiences. My guests don't want slow, museum-heavy days or rigid luxury packages. They want to move, explore, eat well, and come home with stories and photos that feel personal.

Whether you're chasing the sunrise over Zhangjiajie, navigating Chengdu's back-alley hotpot scene, or figuring out how to squeeze Guilin, Yangshuo, and a high-speed rail connection into four days — I'm here to build you a trip with the right rhythm. Let's make your China adventure fast, fun, and unforgettable.

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
