Shenzhen Bay Park · Morning Light Dancing with Seagulls

The Shenzhen Bay Park in the early morning is a gift from nature. Standing on the seaside boardwalk, flocks of seagulls skim over the sea, complementing the glass curtain wall of the distant Chunsun Tower. Rent a bicycle and ride along the coast. The salty sea breeze carries the fragrance of green grass, and the 15 kilometer coastal corridor connects the mangrove forest and tidal observation deck. Every snap is a refreshing Japanese blockbuster.

Tips: It is recommended to arrive before 9 o'clock and avoid crowds; Direct access from Exit D2 of Shenzhen Bay Park Station on Metro Line 9.

OCT Creative Culture Park - Inspiration Habitat for Literary Youth

Moving from the seaside to the urban art heartland, OCT Creative Park is Shenzhen's "798". In the art space transformed from an old factory building, there are independent bookstores, handicraft workshops, and occasional exhibitions hidden. Recommend checking in the retro vinyl wall of the Old Heaven Bookstore and the avant-garde installation of the A4 Contemporary Art Center. For lunch, you can choose Southeast Asian restaurants within the park, where the sour and spicy taste of Dongyin Gong Tang instantly awakens your taste buds.

Dongmen Old Street: A Time traveling Fireworks from the Streets

In the afternoon, we moved to the most down-to-earth old street in Shenzhen. Under the green brick arcade, there are Sweet Water shops, Chaoshan beef balls, and noodle shops. Pork feet ginger, which costs 10 yuan each, is a delicacy hidden by local people. Don't forget to experience the cultural heritage of the century old academy at "Siyue Academy", and the neon sign of "Shenzhen Theater" at the corner instantly travels back to the 1980s.

Deep experience: Shenzhen Old Street is not only a food street, but also houses Shenzhen's "City Memory Museum".

Diwang Tower Observation Deck · Cloud View of City Forest

In the evening, take the elevator to the 69th floor of Diwang Building, and the 384m high panoramic Glass Walkway will give you a panoramic view of Futian CBD. The sunset gilded Ping An Financial Center, and the building lights of Jingji 100 gradually lit up. At this moment, you will understand that the magic of Shenzhen lies in the seamless connection between tradition and modernity.

Photo guide: It is recommended to climb to the top one hour before sunset to capture the gradient skyline of the blues moment.

This route connects the mountains, seas, art, and fireworks of Shenzhen, with surprises hidden at every stop from morning till night. Whether it's a family outing or a group of friends, you can find exclusive memories of Shenzhen. Next time, perhaps we can explore ancient villages in the Dapeng Peninsula or take a Night tour of Happy Harbor to check in on the "Bay Area Light" ferris wheel - the story of Shenzhen, which is always worth continuing.

Shopping on Nanjing Road in Shanghai was just amazing! It's truly the "First Commercial Street of China", where tradition and modernity blend perfectly. You can find awesome souvenirs and experience the trendy vibes in cool stores. The neon lights at night are just spectacular, shining bright like Times Square in New York. The food here is incredible too. I had a feast for my taste buds. Shanghai, I'll definitely be back!

As a solo traveler from Canada, I was nervous about navigating China alone—but this 11-day tour was PERFECT! From hiking the Great Wall at sunrise (Day 3) to gasping at the Terracotta Army (Day 5), every day delivered ‘pinch-me’ moments. The real showstopper? Zhangjiajie’s Avatar Mountains (Day 7)! Our guide made the stone pillars come alive with stories. Massive thanks for handling all logistics—bullet train tickets, entry passes, car! And the 4-star hotels surprised me.

Our 2-day Zhangjiajie tour was beyond spectacular! As someone who’s visited Beijing and Shanghai for work, this trip revealed China’s wild, magical heart. Day 1 in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park felt like stepping onto Pandora—I’m a huge Avatar fan, and Yuanjiajie’s floating peaks left me breathless. The misty pillars and lush valleys like pure movie magic! Then came Fenghuang Ancient Town, we eat dinner beside the thundering waterfall. It seems Unreal! The night views of stilt houses glowing over the river were straight from a fairy tale. For fellow Avatar lovers and adventure seekers: Don’t miss this bucket-list experience! 10/10 would return.
