Mein Vater hat Bluthochdruck und war problemlos in Lhasa. Der erste Tag ist nur Ankommen und Sitzen. Der Guide hat ständig den Sauerstoffgehalt bei ihm gecheckt. Wir sind langsam gelaufen, und nach 24 Stunden war alles gut.
