Itinerary Designer——Yujin

Hey, I'm Yujin! I'm an itinerary designer, but here's a fun twist—I never actually meet the people I design for. No tour flags, no small talk, no frantic headcounts. I'm your backend secret weapon, and I absolutely love it.

Let me tell you about a crisp autumn morning in Beijing. I was playing tourist in my own city, wandering near the Forbidden City. I watched a young family looking completely lost. The dad was sweating over a map, the toddler was melting down, and they were about to step right into a massive tour group bottleneck. 

I didn't walk up to help them—that's not my job. But my brain instantly went into overdrive. *If they cut through the side streets to the west, they'll hit the hidden courtyard. If they wait twenty minutes, the main hall clears out.

It hit me right then: This is the magic of being invisible. I don't need to talk to a client to change their entire day. I just need to plot the perfect path. 

My work is weird. I spend hours obsessing over subway transfers, crowd heatmaps, and weather radars for strangers. But true expertise isn't about being the loudest person in the room; it's about knowing the city's pulse so deeply that you can choreograph a flawless day down to the minute. 

I don't get applause, but I don't need it. When you avoid a tantrum because I secretly scheduled a dumpling break at exactly the right time? That's my silent victory. Leave the logistics to me—you just go make some memories!
