The Tibet Travel Permit takes about 7 to 10 working days once we receive your passport and visa copies. We submit the application on your behalf. You cannot apply independently. For French passport holders, no additional documents are required beyond the standard Chinese tourist visa and a scanned passport page. We recommend starting the process at least three weeks before your planned arrival in Lhasa.
