Day 1: Zhangjiajie City and Cultural Exploration

● Morning: Arrive in Zhangjiajie and explore the city’s local markets to get a sense of the region’s culture. Visit the Zhangjiajie Museum to learn about the history and cultural heritage of the area.

● Afternoon: Explore the Tujia Folk Customs Park to experience the culture of the Tujia people, one of the indigenous ethnic groups of Zhangjiajie. The park features traditional Tujia architecture, clothing, and performances.

● Evening: Enjoy a traditional Tujia dinner with local dishes like steamed fish and dumplings while watching a cultural dance performance.

Day 2: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Avatar Mountains

● Morning: Begin your day early by heading to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, where you’ll explore the Avatar Mountains. Take a cable car to Yuanjiajie, a famous area with towering sandstone peaks. Visit Hallelujah Mountain and see the rock formations that inspired James Cameron’s movie Avatar.

● Afternoon: Explore the Bailong Elevator, the world’s highest outdoor elevator, which offers incredible views as you ascend to the top of the mountain. Walk along the cliff-side Glass Walkway for a thrilling experience.

● Evening: Return to the city for a casual stroll along the Old Street and sample more local delicacies.

Day 3: Tianmen Mountain and Scenic Exploration

● Morning: Take the morning to visit Tianmen Mountain, one of Zhangjiajie’s most famous attractions. Ride the world’s longest cable car and enjoy the scenic views as you ascend the mountain. Visit Heaven’s Door (Tianmen Cave), a natural limestone arch, and marvel at the spectacular view.

● Afternoon: Walk along the Tianmen Skywalk, a Glass Bridge that offers incredible views of the cliffs below. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can take a scenic mountain hike along the trails.

● Evening: End your trip with a relaxing boat ride on Baofeng Lake, surrounded by lush mountains and tranquil waters, before returning to the city.
