Spring (March to May): Tibet gradually warms up in spring, but it is still relatively cold. Precipitation is low in winter, but there is occasional snowfall. Although Tibet in winter is cold, the unique snow and sunshine bring tourists a different travel experience. Sunbathing on the streets of Lhasa, enjoying the snow in Linzhi, and stargazing at the Everest Base Camp are all highlights of winter travel in Tibet.
