Voy a Hangzhou en octubre. Me dijeron que el otoño es bonito, pero no sé bien dónde ver los colores. ¿El lago mismo se pone rojo o tengo que ir a alguna colina?

The lakeside willows stay green. For autumn colour, head to the hills behind the lake. The paths around Manlong Guiyu (Osmanthus Rain at Filled Dragon) and the Nine Creeks area turn gold and red from late October. Planted maple and sweetgum trees line the trails. Much less crowded than the lakefront also.

Me mandaron para el lado de las Nueve Quebradas. El sendero sigue un arroyo y los árboles forman un túnel rojo y naranja. Me crucé con un pintor que estaba ahí con su caballete. Fue mi momento favorito de Hangzhou, y del lago casi ni me acuerdo ese día.
