About:
Doing the panda base in Chengdu.
How early do we actually need to get there to see them awake and active? Not dragging myself out of bed at dawn for a sleeping panda.

Arrive by 8:30am at latest. Pandas are most active during morning feeding time, usually 8:30 to 10:00. After that they mostly nap.

Yeah get there early. We rocked up at 9 and the little ones were climbing all over each other. Half an hour later they were all flat out in the trees. Also the babies in the nursery bit are ridiculously cute.
