Early in the morning, we will drive to Dujiangyan.

The first thing that strikes you is this great 2,000 year old irrigation system. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is famous for its remarkable design of diverting water without a dam. It is one of the world's unique water wonders.

Afterwards, you will go to visit Qingcheng Mountain, which is admired nation wide for its“peerless tranquility" and its historical sites of Taoist culture. In 142 A.D., Zhang Ling, the founder of Taoism, was enlightened here and spread the teachings of Taoism.

Finally, we will head to Laojun Pavilion, a nine-story building that stands 33 meters high. Standing in the pavilion, you can overlook the magnificent panorama of Mount Qingcheng.

At the end of the day, we will transfer you back to your hotel in the center of Chengdu to rest.

In the morning, you will go to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Next, we drove to Wuhou Shrine, which is known as the "mecca of the Three Kingdoms" The most venerated memorial of Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei and other important Shu Han individuals.
