The Ancient City Wall
The Ancient City Wall of Xi'an is the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall in China. It is located in the downtown area of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, and is one of the important symbols of the famous historical and cultural city of Xi'an. The city wall was first built in the early Ming Dynasty. In the following Ming and Qing dynasties, the city wall underwent many repairs and additions, and is still well preserved. The Xi'an City Wall not only has important historical and cultural values, but also is the only city wall building in the national AAAAA level tourist attractions and the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
